Spring Internship
ABOUT DUO
DUO Events is a full-service event agency specializing in curated experiences for luxury multifamily communities, developer groups, corporate partners, and select private groups. Rooted in the Phoenix market, we’ve become a trusted partner to industry leaders by delivering seamless, high-impact experiences that reflect the quality of their brand.
From grand openings to monthly programming, private events, brand activations, and milestone mixers, we manage every detail, from creative direction and strategy to staffing, vendor sourcing and coordination, and on-site execution.
Our work extends beyond traditional events. We collaborate with restaurants, creators, venues, and local businesses to build moments that activate spaces, strengthen communities, and bring brands to life. Our events are more than moments; they’re purpose-driven experiences designed to connect people, elevate environments, and reinforce the strength of the brands we serve.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a focused, organized, and motivated Intern to support DUO’s spring event season. This role supports the operational side of the agency—helping plan, prepare, and coordinate the logistics that keep our events running seamlessly.
You’ll work closely with our team to learn how events are built from the ground up, including client onboarding, scheduling, inventory management, vendor coordination, and event preparation. You’ll also gain hands-on experience supporting select events in the field.
This internship can grow into a paid position after the semester. Interns are also eligible to work paid Event Staff shifts.

Learn and utilize the systems we use to plan events, including Google Workspace and shared internal workflows
Assist with light creative work in Canva or Adobe (preferred, not required)
