These policies govern your use of duophx.com and your participation in DUO events. By accessing our site, RSVPing to an event, or attending an event hosted by DUO Ventures LLC (“DUO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Privacy Policy

DUO collects limited personal information such as names, email addresses, and RSVP details for event registration, guest check-in, and business-critical communications.

We may use this information to send important updates related to your event participation or large-scale public-facing DUO experiences.

We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties. Information collected may be stored or processed by trusted third-party providers, such as event registration or marketing platforms.

2. Terms of Use

The DUO website exists primarily for event information, RSVPs, and payments.
By using this site, you agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with its functionality or violate applicable laws.

DUO may modify or remove content at any time without notice.

For events featuring alcohol, guests must be 21+ with a valid ID. Underage guests may attend but are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol.

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all venue rules and security instructions. DUO maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate or disruptive behavior. Guests who violate this policy may be denied entry or banned from future DUO events.

3. Event & Media (Photo/Marketing) Policy

By RSVPing to or attending a DUO event, you consent to:

Receiving business-critical or transactional emails from DUO and its event partners;
Being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event; and
Allowing DUO and the specific event partners involved to use your likeness in marketing materials or recap content without compensation or additional approval.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a DUO staff member upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, complete exclusion from media cannot be guaranteed at public or group events.

4. Refund Policy

All ticket sales and event fees are non-refundable.

Ticket transfers are permitted upon request and must be coordinated directly with DUO prior to the event.

In the event of cancellation by DUO, a full refund or credit will be offered at our discretion.
