DUO Events is a full-service event agency specializing in curated experiences for luxury multifamily communities, property management companies, developer groups, and select corporate partners.

From grand openings and pre-leasing activations to resident programming and milestone mixers, we manage every detail—from creative direction and strategy to staffing and on-site execution.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Photographer to capture and tell the story of our events. From organic, candid moments to branded content and curated recap reels, you’ll help document the energy and excellence that define DUO’s experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye, a modern aesthetic, and a natural talent for visual storytelling—especially in lifestyle, event, or hospitality environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capture high-quality photography and short-form video during live events

• Highlight décor, guest experience, and branded elements with intentional framing

• Deliver curated content sets and reels within 2 business days of each event

• Coordinate with our team pre-event to align on creative goals and shot lists

• Represent the DUO Events brand with a polished, professional presence onsite

• Balance candid documentation with posed group direction as needed

• Focus on story-driven content

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in content creation, lifestyle photography, and/or b-roll video capture

• Your own professional-grade camera and basic lighting/audio gear

• Strong visual style and understanding of current social media trends (IG Reels, TikTok, etc.)

• Efficient workflow and attention to detail in editing and delivery

• Ability to move and adapt quickly during live events

• Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism

• Must have a car and reliable transportation

 

BONUS IF YOU...

• Have worked in event, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle content spaces

• Can shoot and edit dynamic recap videos for Reels or TikTok

• Are confident giving light direction to guests or groups for posed content
