WHO WE ARE

DUO is a full-service event agency specializing in curated experiences for luxury multifamily communities, developer groups, corporate partners, and select private groups.

Rooted in the Phoenix market, we’ve become a trusted partner to industry leaders by delivering seamless, high-impact experiences that reflect the quality of their brand. From grand openings to monthly programming, private events, brand activations, and milestone mixers, we manage every detail, from creative direction and strategy to staffing, vendor sourcing and coordination, and on-site execution.

Our work extends beyond traditional events. We collaborate with restaurants, creators, venues, and local businesses to build moments that activate spaces, strengthen communities, and bring brands to life.

Our events are more than moments; they’re purpose-driven experiences designed to connect people, elevate environments, and reinforce the strength of the brands we serve.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for reliable, professional, and people-oriented Event Staff to support our growing roster of events. As part of our on-site team, you'll help with setup, guest experience, vendor coordination, and teardown. Your presence will help ensure every event runs smoothly, reflects our brand standards, and leaves a lasting impression.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering top-tier experiences.

  • Greet and engage with residents and guests in a professional, friendly manner

  • Support vendors and DUO team leads with anything needed during the event

  • Restock items, keep spaces tidy, and ensure a clean, polished presentation

  • Serve beverages (21+ events), manage check-in stations, or run small activities

  • Represent the DUO Events brand through punctuality, hospitality, and reliability

REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork mentality, and customer service instincts

  • Able to lift 20–30 lbs and be on your feet for the duration of a shift

  • Evening and weekend availability (events are typically 2–4 hours in length)

  • Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, and occasionally in fast-paced conditions

  • Professional communication and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Must have a car and reliable transportation, as some roles involve transporting light event materials

YOU SHOULD KNOW
  • We run like an agency—combining strategic thinking, fast execution, and hospitality-first excellence at every touchpoint. Our team is sharp, hard-working, and values integrity.

  • We don’t micromanage, but we do have high standards. You’ll be trusted to show up, plug in, and bring value without needing to be handheld. We work closely with apartment teams, residents, vendors, and executive leadership teams—so professionalism and discretion matter.

WHY DUO
  • You enjoy helping others and take pride in a job well done

  • You’re dependable, respectful, and take initiative without being asked

  • You want flexible, occasional work that’s still meaningful and team-based

  • You’re excited to be part of a growing team that values quality and community
