DUO was recently featured by Downtown Phoenix Inc. in Meet Me Downtown: Finding Friends in Third Spaces, highlighting the people, places and organizations creating meaningful ways to connect across Downtown Phoenix.

The feature recognizes DUO’s evolution from a luxury apartment event partnership into a broader community-building brand, bringing people together through lifestyle events, creative collaborations and experiences designed for connection.

Among the DUO activations highlighted is the DUO × The Yard Gym Run Club, our weekly Tuesday evening gathering that has become another way for people to meet, move and build community in the heart of Downtown Phoenix.
